Refs have been brutal. It was funny to hear the freshman after the first period say the penalties being called are "weak"

The anouncing crew just raved about him towards the end of the period. He's ALWAYS the first guy back and leads the break out. He had one shift where he went from behind the goal crease and deked his way through the neutral zone before he dumped the puck in. He reminds me of an in prime Bertuzzi/Zetterberg in that sense. He's big and tough and just looks super composed out there for a youngin' being asked to be on the first PK and first PP and to be a shut down center/3rd DMan.

Thorne yes, Melrose isn't too bad, but I'd prefer Clement over him.

2-2 after the first eleven minutes. Both goalies have been brutal. Sheahan is very strong on the puck.

On his first shift his forechecking lead to a turnover. This kid is hugeeee and hits. 1-0 Notre Dame!!! Just won a key defensive zone face-off cleanly. 1-1 now. This game is fastttt Both goalies letting in incredibly weak goals. Sheahan has been used as defensive zone face-off artist on the PK.

Sluggish game for Howie and the whole team. Unfortunate injury to Zata, Ballard did nothing wrong. The team as a whole lacked intensity from the top players to the bottom players. It sucks Lidstrom's +/- takes a hit because Jimmy can't control rebounds or stop simple shots some games. Franzen reallllly needs to get it going as does Filppula with Zetterberg out indefinitely. I blame Downey.

Don't forget, this kid was suppose to be the starting goalie in the WJHC, but since bitterness got in the way, he wasn't allowed to play. This kid is the real deal. My favorite thing about him is he actually has rebound control lol.

Why? He's already one of the top 3 two way forwards and top 3 smartest players the Griffins have. Plus, with all our Swedes, i don't see why not. Ericsson and Kronwall were black aces when they were still a couple years away from the Wings. As well, for a team playing horrible since he joined the Griffins, he is one of two players who have a positive plus minus since joining while continually putting up points. Doesn't sound too outrageous now does it.

UK is the only one that'd like to see Tardiff. Who would want to see iFlip over someone? Mursak, Joakim, Tatar, Smith, Meech and our goalies will most likely be black aces. Maybe even Nyquist

A lot. At least I'm a realist. Big E is a good PK'r, I never feel comfortable with Salei out there. I hardly feel comfortable with Ericsson out there, but I'd rather see him over Salei and Kindl over both of them.

Harold can relay my utter disgust for Big E, so if I am giving him praises, then it must be true. In the past week, Ericsson has looked amazing and his ATOI has reflected it. Salei sucks, especially for 1mil+.
