Avs can't stop goals so they get a DMan, Blues can't score goals so they got one of the better young goal scorers in the league. True, Johnson was the best player in this deal, but compared to how he was suppose to have shaped up, I think St. Louis got the better end of the deal. Also, don't forget, the Blues got a good young defensemen back in the trade. Not to mention, Shattenkirk has played much much better than EJ this season.

Anytime the back-up gets you the W, it's ok in my book. He stopped the hard and average shots, he just had trouble with the easy ones, happens to the best of goalies.

You can't serve beer at college sanctioned events. The NHL is not university sanctioned event, therefore you can have alcohol. At the Big Chill, there were A LOT of amenities. When we went to the Big Chill we brought in flasks, worked perfectly.

Probably one of the biggest busts/disappointments in recent memory. Glad he found a new home, Hedman could use his veteran guidance. And Holland showed Yzerman how it's done last night.

The big Chill at the Big House was sooooo much fun and the sights lines were amazing everywhere. Plus, the 110K+ amount of people would be soooo easy to fill. MSU/UofM and all nearby colleges would be on hiatus so it'd be super easy to fill that much more.

Screw the playoff thing, throw that sucker any chance you get when on the road. But only throw it after a goal, as long as that goal puts us at a tie or lead or pads our lead. Just never throw it before or during the national anthem. After the national anthem is ok. I do agree that special occasions at home, non playoff games, but away games are always fair games.
