I don't have the need or want to, otherwise I would. You can go through it find a few, and like I said, a lot of the posts were deleted by the mods. Feel free to PM them and they'll tell you they did. And I never once claimed that "we lost cause of the refs = saying that the refs are morons", because I do agree that refs are morons.

I thought the NMC was put in his contract so he could say no and not report. i don't see what nabokov is doing is wrong. Isn't it like a player having a NTC and then after he refuses to waive it, you suspend him? His NMC states that he can report or not to a team that claims him. In my mind, the Isle's have no case.

I can go through the GDT and the I hate the Hawks thread and find a dozen instances of it. Plus, most of them were deleted by the mods as well in the GDT.

If anything, these past half dozen games have shown that Kindl should stay in the lineup over Big E once Stuart comes back. Kindl is starting to show that he is going to be a good 3-4 DMan.

Injuries may account for the 1 goal we were able to muster, injuries aren't the reason for crappy linechanges, turnovers and an inability to clear players out infront of the net. The Wings fought tooth and nail and beat Canucks, it's amazing they can't do it to a rather average Hawks team.

If they suspend him, does he not still count towards the 23 man roster? If he does, you better release his ass or else his agent will cut all ties with your s***show of an organization.

I'd understand a lot of these arguments better if Nabokov's contract didn't have the NMC...and if his agent didn't send a memo to every team stating he wanted to compete for the starters job...and said agent didn't rep about half the league. His agent said he'd play anywhere, with the premise that he'd be challenging for the starters job. Snow is an idiot because Nabokov doesn't have a chance to challenge for the starts job with the NYI.

What a lot of people are failing to realize, is the Nabby had that NMC put in for this exact reason. Shrewd move by his agent and Holland. The Islanders are just idiots in this whole ordeal because they knew he had that NMC anyways and they still claimed him off waivers. I know they have a couple injuries, I can see this biting them in the ass if they have any more injuries in the next 24 hours and can't recall anyone because Snow is an idiot.

Hopefully the NHL changes the rule to "Any player without a contract does not need to apss through a waiver. If the player is under contract to another team, he shall need to pass through waivers before going to the team that attempted to sign him"

I'm not upset with the refs at all, I'm upset with how lazy the boys played tonight. Jhoww played well, there's only so much a goalie can do when your team quits on you.

Trust me, i know the rule and I knew Wellwood started off in Europe. I never said anything about Canadian players. I said Canadian contracts. So no, i'm not wrong, brah.

I don't mind the waiver ruler if the player has a contract with another team. But you can tell the NHL has a Canadian bias. You can sign players, playing in Canada and have them be waiver exempt, but a free agent European who isn't even under contract anymore, has to clear waivers. Don't worry, happens to me all the time

Damn you quick whistles. Why does it seem that the refs take forever to blow the whistle when Howie is involved, but they blow it immediately for the other team?
