Our forwards are out, not our defensmen. Plus, I'd expect them to compete. You don't get a pass for having injuries when you've played decent hockey the past few games. Regardless, the Wings are 7-2-2 in their last 11, so it's not like they can't win with SEVEN players out.

We aren't getting any puck support when we enter the zone. It's like the team is waiting for our player to win a 2 on 1 against the boards and then feed a player with the puck. Our players in the corners need help. Solid play by a scrambling Kindl.

It's not a terrible stat in certain aspects. It's very useful when comparing players on the same team, especially players on the same line or D-Pairing. I am not looking forward to listen to everyone whine about Crosby whining in this thread. Wings win 3-2

Well, last time I read, there were a lot of clubs that asked that a few of their players weren't picked. Zetterberg was the only one man enough to come out and say that he did. -
When I went to a Griffins game a year or two ago, while he was on the bench, I sent my g/f at the time to go ask for some pucks during pregame and he tossed her two pucks cause she said it was my birthday (which is was). He's a great guy. On a sidenote: I think he's the only guy that would lose to Holmstrom in a redline to redline race

How does two good games by Miller make everyone who has said Miller is replacable wrong about him? He's played exactly how we all thought. No one hates him or thinks he is worthless. he's a 4th line PK'er that is easily replaceable by one of our younger guys. Good win Wings. I didn't get to see the last period and OT, but I'm glad we fought and scratched out a win.

Agreed. It was a dirty hit, but it's something that we are seeing get these punishments. COuld have been worst, but it should have been avoided. But as GMR and UK would say: Good ole fashion hockey hit, nothing to see here.
