If I wasn't on my iPhone I'd give you a +1 for finally be honest while making sense. My only problem with thus thread is that it's 20 pages and it took 18 or 19 pages to come up with a trade that even remotely made sense and all I'm seeing still is "we should trade Filppula"...and there is nothing else added. That's like saying, "let's go do something" and then not offering up what you think would be entertaining to do. Canada couldn't handle the Swede's speed, and USA is even faster. Plus, we have Callahan on the USA team while Sheahan was cut by Canada. I just want USA to win so I don't have to listen to smug "Hokey wis borne in da Cananada" people talk about how great their WJHC teams are. Should be a good hard hitting game. Canada built their team specifically to beat USA.

I love how people bring up cold streaks by Filppula, but we have two of the streakiest players on the league on this team, except they're paid first line money.

I figured he'd spend at the very least one more season in the SEL. I wouldn't be shocked to see him over there for two seasons, then make the jump straight to the big team. Like I've been saying, and now the Red Wing's trainer is telling him, to add 20 pounds. Without a doubt! We have a Shanny/Hull lite coming through and a Daniel Alfredsson(?) coming through as well! Plus a cleaner/douchlessier Cooke/Avery as well.

Callahan could easily be a Maltby clone, and people need to remember how awesome Maltby was during his prime. he was the best agitator in the league and one of the best shut down forwards as well.
