It's closer to what most people think actually. It is calculated on a day by day basis. But cutting 3 mil in salary won't save us that much money. It'll save us 3 mil at the deadline. But at the deadline that 3mil is more like ((days of games left/total days of game from start to finish of season)+1*Hudlers cap hit). Or something close to that. Which is why if you have 3 mil of cap space, you can sign a guy with a cap hit of like 7 mil at the trade deadline.

Coaching, maybe the past couple years, may have not be an "issue", but it was the red head step child that no one wanted to talk about. but this year, the red headed step child is ruining family gatherings. They have such a talented team and the coach they have now is no longer equip to handle these players.

The coach is garbage. He needs to go. Once he's gone and the Griffins get a more competent coach, the Griffins and our prospects will be fine.
