So from what I gather is that there was a delayed penalty on the play and Murphy touched the puck, which blew the play dead and then he got blasted in the head by an elbow. 20 games sounds fair. As for "skating that fast around the net", well yah, you want to get to the puck first. I mean, that guy who through the check knew he was going to catch Murphy in a vulnerable position and like most youngins, he wants to throw that ESPN Top 10 worthy hit that everyone want to be talking about online. It's just unfortunate he did it on a touch up and threw an elbow to the head as well.

Only issue I have wiht these lines is that Helm is already shorter than Helmer.

I know our offense has been hit with quite the Avalanche of negativity lately, bet's hope that tonight the offense has official been able to thaw out of this nasty drift we hit in later October. Let's hope White is able to get a goal tonight because without big production from him, it's snow joking matter.

This isn't NHL 12. i am all for trading for a decent forward, but some of these trade ideas are downright terrible. Franzen for Parise AND a 1st+ more? Lol really? It cost an arm and a leg to get mediocre players last season, it's going to cost a lot more than that to get someone substantial.

We aren't getting either. We'll get the guy that not a lot of other teams are looking at, but will be solid for us. Just like last summer when everyone was listing off all the prize free agents and I said we wouldn't get any of them, I'm standing pat on this as well. Wings don't over pay for players on the FA market. For the record, I'd love either one of these guys and I'd love to see them in a Winged Wheel, but it's just not going to happen.

Our Goaltending and defense both have been really good. Take out every team's worst game and we have the 3rd lowest GA in the league. The only thing we need to do is get our offense back going again. So again, there's not a whole lot wrong with this team besides lacking offense at this current moment.
