Yes, they have taken too many gambles on him. Though his injuries have been kinda freak accidents its still hurting the wings. This things of it is though, they wont trade him, because no one wants someone who is injury proned.

He doesnt fit in Detroit! we need a right handed d-man to replace samuelsson on the point becasue he simply isnt working there.. all other teams did was team up on Lidstrom and Samuelsson couldnt get teh job done. Thats where a goof right handed d-man would come in handy because it will take the pressure off Lidstrom.... and besides for two years now we have tried to go with 5 lefties and 1 righty and it hasnt worked.

If i were holland.... after making some moves, i would like to see a good right handed defenseman signed. I think the 5 left handers and 1 right hander hurt them at times.

I think some wings fans are bi-polar. Babcock mixes lines and wins... then he goes with what worked for him in game 3 for game 4 and loses. He was a genius after game 3 because he changed the lines up and won the game, but when it didnt work in game 4 he is a horrible coach. I just dont get it!!! Here is the reason they lost: 2 bad turnovers costed them 2 goals, and not scoring on two 5 on 3's!!!

they lost this games because of two bad turnovers that resulted in goals and two 5 on 3's that they didnt even come close to scoring on. They shot themselves in the foot and lost the game for themselves.
