I highly suggest you take in a Preds game sometime and you'll think differently. The arena is gorgeous and puts the JLA to shame, heck, everything puts the JLA to shame. The fans are quite enthusiastic, they have their own chants and amazingly do not have to be prompted to cheer by a video screen. It was the most fun I've had at a hockey game since Game 7 Wings/Ducks a few years back and that's only because we won late (thank you, Dan Cleary).

Can the Finals just be Bolts and Bruins? The more I see of Vancouver the more I hate them as much as San Jose. The diving and embellishing the Sharks due pales in comparison to what the 'Nucks do. Such a disgrace. I'm expecting a whine fest as each team tries to outdo the other drawing penalties. Burrows, Kesler, Bobby Lou, and the effin' Sedins are all drama queens that put anything Divin' Devin and Thornton do to shame.

Wow, after seeing all of the diving and embellishing videos on Youtube with the Canucks I fear of what a Nucks/Sharks series might be like. There would be hardly any scoring as everyone would be laying on the ice "hurt".

I've hated the music at the Joe for years and it doesn't really change. Everyone I know feels the same way. A couple of years ago during the opening round of the playoffs they were playing Jesus Jones during warm-ups. JESUS JONES!!! WTF!? How in the hell is anyone supposed to get fired up to that? I can't figure out why they play Shipping Up to Boston. If we lived in Boston, fine. We don't. Drop the song. Bad enough we have to put up with that terrible Journey song so the sheep can sing along to "South Detroit!" Shameful, people, just shameful. I was in Nashville a few weeks ago to see the Preds vs. Pens. The only awful song I heard was that horrible YMCA song that everyone plays. By the way, that arena is what the new arena here should be like. It is FANTASTIC. On a side note, sorry to say but the Nashville fans were WAY more in to the game more than the average Wings crowd. Maybe it was the Crosby hate but it was damn fun.

This may be the biggest shocker since the Leafs signed Jeff Finger for a ridiculous amount of money...or the T-Wolves signing Darko Milicic for $40 million if we want to cross sports.
