If you want to make it more interesting, don't go with double elimination, maybe have different picking criteria each week, like one week the team you pick to win must have less points then their opposition(you could do this with many things (such as more or less -GF,GA,W,L,OTL,PIM, SOG, for example) Or choose a visiting team to win, a team with a loss in there last game....etc I think this would it more interesting than double elimination...

Ok when I was watching the ducks/wings game the other night and (I forget who) on the wings fired one of the post, that looked like it went in and play continued leading to almost a goal by the ducks and then back to almost one for the wings before the whistle. What would happen if the play stopped due to a goal being scored(either side)and they went upstairs and the first one they thought hit the post actually was in. Would both goals count??? Hope that kinda makes sense...... Thanks

Let's see what did detroit do wrong in that game....hmm maybe switch the line match up of bert, lang,cleary against perry,penner,getzlaf.... they were getting dominated.....i don't see lang being back next year, and is is very questionable about bert... i say we get rid of him....atleast we showed we still had heart in the third and never let up... heres to a great season by detroit and hopefully a better one next year!!! keep your heads high boys

great d, very confident/patient with the puck....he has a lot of pim because he almost always played 20-25 plus minutes a game.... a few of his penalties come after another player is hack/slashing/holding/hooking him...kind of retalliation penalties.... but a lot of his penalties were also good goal saving/ crap call penalties..... here's a hit from a game i was at...i think he got 5 for the hit and a 10 min misconduct and a game or something.... and here's the next game against the same team where they send 2 goons after him he truly is a gifted player and can't wait to see him on the wings in maybe a couple years if not for a few games next year....
