Maybe they should fight for it. Or, better yet, Grigorenko becomes a genuine second line player. Then, they'll keep both Grigorenko (who can score) and Downey (who can fight), and make space by getting rid of players who do neither, Kopecky, I'm looking in your direction.

No, when you said you wished he was a Wing, it was implicit that you wished he would have been a Detroit draft pick, and that you also wanted the dismal record necessary to have gotten him. Don't try to back out of that statement now. Nothing, he can do that whenever he wants to, he just doesn't feel the need to stroke his ego with a highlight reel goal like that Toews kid.

Pfft, Downey sucks! He's not going to score 30 goals this year, he brings NOTHING to the table. All he's doing is taking valuable minutes away from Kopecky! Besides, fighting is offensive to my delicate Victorian sensibilities. Seriously though, I hope that Zetterberg quote shuts some people up.

Yes, but if the testing proves successful, everyone will be using the heated blades. The only players that won't be will be the ones who opt not to use them, because of personal preference, not because of cost. Does Datsyuk have an unfair advantage because he uses a special stick? No, everyone in the NHL could be using the O-Stick, most choose not to.
