I like Sopel, but what's the plan? To have 18 defensemen and 2 goalies? As far as on-the-decline players are concerned I'd take Forsberg over Lindros.

You're not coming to a conclusion based solely on the merits of the turtleneck, though. If anything, you're arguing that someone (male) that is a prick has their "prickness" amplified by the turtleneck. If Yzerman played in a turtleneck he'd still be awesome. Furthermore, a hot girl is a hot girl. A hot girl in a burlap sack is still hot.

I'm glad someone understands this, if I (or anyone) was offered more money to do the exact same job, I wouldn't really care about loyalty. So what? It's a percentage. If you made $10,000/year would you take the opportunity to make $11,000/year? The same goes for a larger amount, if you made $5 million/year would you take the opportunity to make $5.5 million/year?

How many times have you seen a goalie "take a 90mph slapshot to the helmet and not miss a beat?" Goalie helmets offer quite a bit of protection, but I can assure you a 45mph shot to the head sucks.
