Love Lidstrom

This series is starting to sound like the series w/ Calgary when they ended up getting fined a total of $150,000 for their unsportsmanlike conduct. If Zetterberg gets injured I'm really gonna hate the Sharks. What.....if the other team starts losing, they start taking cheap shots?!? They give the sport of hockey a bad name.

I live in Wisconsin and we don't have an NHL team here.. It's sad...but there isn't enough desire for one from the majority of Wisconsinites.. (go figure, Florida and Arizona have teams). Anyway, I started watching our AHL team here (mainly because my former boss gave me his season tickets whenever he couldn't make the games). Then I just naturally switched to the Wings when I saw them on tv here in 1997. How did you feel when the OIlers beat the Wings last year in the the first round? YIKES!

I would't be surprised if he was not up to par after his injury. Half the Wings are either on injured reserved or playing injured. He IS playing different hockey than I like. I think part of it is Babcock switching the lines to accommodate for the injuries. After being so impressed by his perfect playing, I was quite surprised to see him make some of those mistakes. Don't you think sometimes that we expect such a high standard of quality play from him that when he does anything less, we are in shock? I don't know. I still love him though.
