Because how they practice has had anything to do with how they play, the article you are referring to makes it seem more like this is more to motivate abby, not as the set lines for the game.

The wings will win, the reason we didnt was because the mods locked the 2250 posts for victory, that is huge bad mojo, thats like wearing a wings jersey inside out, after walking under a ladder, holding 2 black cats, bad luck. So, I blame the mods for the loss, you know who you are, and you should be ashamed!
