you know how it goes. Some people booed bettman and players had comments about hand shake traditions. Non wings fans have been desperately grasping for straws all the time when it comes to ammunition they can use to exaggerate or apply some sort of generalization to the fans or organization. Which is why I think the citizens of Pennsylvania are taint punchers and tommy chong haters. I've always liked puck daddy though.

Wings win 4-2 I expected a big game last night from staal but it wasn't there. Did anyone notice on the CBC feed that staal was blubbering during the national anthem? I was like oh s***, emotions are running high so I expected him to show up. Now I guess Karen's version just got 'em worked up.

I don't understand why teams keep recycling coaches. These coaches keep going from team to team and never meeting expectations. Why doesn't a team go after a successful college or AHL coach? Is it more political or something? Do teams only like to hire their friends or people they owe favors or something?

thats true. we won't be able to keep everyone. I really don't think Holland will want to have everyone on long term contracts for that reason. For all we know, players will be getting raises and some contracts won't be getting renewed.

Thats the same arguement pens fans were making on why crosby should have won the Conn Smythe over Zetterberg. They all spouted the same s***. Zetterberg got all his points against an injured Avs squad, crosby would have dominated that team. Zetterberg had 8 points in that sweep. crosby had 8 points against a sens team that wasn't very healthy and also resulted in a sweep. 2 less games eh? why stop there? When you consider Zetterberg completely shutting down crosby 2 games in a row you might as well say 4 less games. Why fawn over him like that? Like someone posting as douchey as you do is going to make people see him in the same light you see him. If he really was as great as you want to think he wouldn't need people like you constantly defending him. Is it really that hard to fathom that fans of other teams will only concede that crosby is good and not the greatest? (Vote yes on Prop. 1)

yeah, you will be able to see it. you can replay every game from this season. Even wings games. (the next day anyway because the live wings games are blacked out on there for people in Michigan)
