Why is the Hockey media saying Mantha could join the Griffins for the remainder of the playoffs? I don't know enough to know either way. but you'd think they would know right? Why aren't they mentioning any paper transaction? If you search "Mantha AHL" on twitter all you see are reputable hockey analysts saying Mantha will join Grand Rapids if Val D'Or is eliminated. I'm not saying anyone in this thread is wrong because I don't know. What I am saying is how does some anonymous poster on a message board know this rule but people whose livelihoods depend on knowing hockey inside and out don't? I'm confused damnit!
