Yeah I watched him play for the Peoria Rivermen. I knew when I saw him it wasn't a matter of, "If," he would make it; but when. And I didn't like the idea of the wings having to shoot against him. -
The Joe hands down. And I have been to Scottrade, TD Garden, United Center (Joe Louis West as I call it.)

You too huh? I used to blame Bartman all over for that' though I said I didn't. Then I realized upon watching it I would have done the same damn thing. -
You have to go Canada v. USSR/Russia, It may have toned down but that bad blood will never be satiated. Hell on a lesser degree I still hate the Avs, though that rivalry has died down alot and everyone who was really in it has retired, but our little squabble doesn't even hold a candle to Canada v. whatever the Russians are calling themselves this week.

I'm saying that if a game ends a tie, both sides were evenly matched and should also get one point a side for a tie, after a well played even match. None of this three point game bulls*** either. -

I can't say I'm upset at all by this, nor do I have any sympathy. However I will say: Pity for him that it had to end this way.

I have always hated shootouts. s*** I think OT is stupid too. I'm fine with both teams who gave it their all both getting a point for a game well played. But OT is still better than a shoot out as hockey is a team sport, and you still have teams going at it. Not one shooter and one netminder deciding the outcome of the game.

I for one like Milbury, and he is spot on for doing it. It was painful to watch that game, as I was pulling a little for the Caps to beat the Flyers...but just a shameful night for Ovie through and through.

He drives me nuts. Subtle interference calls the Wings are so good at, how great the Hawks are, and the rest. But the best is when he talks about when he was the coach of the Pens and how great they were under him. Shine on you crazy diamond. -
