Honestly, given what we have cleared to play sitting in the press box, I'm not at all concerned about the lack of kids. I'm thrilled that we have veterans like Bert and Sammy for fill-ins. They've been there, done that, and can jump in mentally. They might need a period or two to get their game back physically, but the mental aspect is there. On defense, we have guys that were NHL-caliber before we got DannyD. They may not be our choices for top pairing, but they're just fine for the bottom pair. When talking Black Aces, we're talking about what happens in case of injury. I'm perfectly happy to have "Oh! Him!" in the box instead of "Who's that?" And if we run through them, we can call up Tots on emergency. Now that's an Ace in the hole.

I have forgotten birthdays on many occasions. I've forgotten minor festivities like Groundhog's Day, but I don't recall forgetting something like Easter or Christmas or the 4th of July. The person below me has taken a ride in a hot air balloon.

Monster included- he can score from the bench! The boys in the press box score a goal telepathically for every letter in their name as well, except Sammy who knocks the second "S" in Samuelson into the Star logo. Tootoo fights everyone! I'm in Fargo. Cullen is from Fargo, and they're pretty much our local team. I root against the Vikings since they're in the same division as the Lions. Since we lost the North Stars, we don't want to lose another team, and it's the only chance I have to see the Wings since a trip to Michigan isn't feasible. Of course, I wasn't a North Stars fan as I was a Wings fan first. Oh, crap. This doesn't look good for the home team.

Fair enough. I totally get that and respect that mindset. If it was anyone but the Wild, I'd be the same.
