Out here in ND, I'm kind of out of that rivalry loop. I will give OSU a thumbs-up since my cousin lives in Ohio and OSU's medical division (for lack of other word) helped them greatly when his son was born with some serious problems. He'll have problems for life, but for a kid who wasn't supposed to live, and then wasn't supposed to walk, he's sure running around happily at the age of two. That said, I'll root for any Michigan team just because it's Michigan and that's where my Lions and Wings are from. The person below me listens to the radio in their vehicle.

Happy Thanksgiving, indeed! If we can play like that all of the time, we may actually salvage this season. Not saying "make the playoffs" or "win the Superbowl", but avoiding total humiliation is becoming an actual reality.

What? I have no idea. The last clue was "Awe inspiring".

I have doctors' orders not to do the chicken dance, which is the only one I've ever figured out. The person below me makes their own gravy when they make a turkey (as opposed to buying canned).

Theo is a decoy. We keep him to use on occasions where we don't want Abdullah to fumble.

I don't care for them at all. The person below me has never owned a smart phone. (Yes, there are still a few of us out there.)

We beat the Pack in Lambeau. I can't tell all of you how happy this makes me.

The person below me has (or has had) hair past their waist. (And since I know some of you quite well, let me specify that I am referring to the hair on your head growing long enough to pass the waist.)

You know it, but it's better than not being able to work for a living. The person below me has turkey on Thanksgiving.

I played it when I was young. Not into it at all now. The person below me has used condoms as balloons.

I've only drank once and it was only one drink. I've found that I no longer need alcohol to be stupid. I am now a mature adult who doesn't know everything like I did when I was a kid and needed to get drunk to get stupid. I've also discovered that I no longer need to drink to have fun. I am now too old for fun. The person below me is a veteran or the family thereof. (If so, thank you!)

Nope. I went to Boston when my sister graduated from Harvard but other than that, I've never been east of Ohio. The person below me still considers Fedorov to be a Wing.
-
I do not. Depending on what it is, I may eat it if it is close, but never without care. The person below me has been to New Jersey.
-
It depends. I can be very patient, but if I'm under pressure and time is of the essence, I can be quite rash. The person below me often plays with their hair when bored.

Went to work. Did stuff there. Came home. No plans for anything big. The person below me always sits for several minutes trying to think of something to put after the words "the person below me".
-
A few. The person below me has played volleyball on a beach.

I was not aware of who was playing. I'd only seen that the Cubs were supposed to win it or something like that. The person below me is content with their paycheck (even if they wouldn't say no to more).

Probably for the best. The Saints' style really didn't play to Stafford's strengths and the offensive line's only strength was putting their shoes on the right feet. Hopefully we can salvage this season and end up somewhat respectable.

GDT 10/27/15 - Carolina Hurricanes vs. Detroit Red Wings - TACKY Mad Libs
55fan replied to Bill Berzeench's topic in General
That was a fun GDT starter. Unfortunately, BoS ate Mrazek in my version. I really hope we win tonight. SOMEONE in Detroit has to come home with wins. -
Not really. I save dollar coins, 50¢ pieces, and $2 bills for a friend who saves them. He hoards them and then when he wants something frivolous, he uses that money. He buys them from me, of course. The person below me keeps a reasonable amount of spare light bulbs in the house.

How can a team that looks so good in the beginning and at the end (sort of) look so horrible in the middle? On my tombstone, I want engraved the following haiku: Lions lost again. In other news, water's wet. Big effin surprise.

I have never seen Casper. The person below me thinks that four tries from the one-yard line is ample opportunity to score a TD.

We thought to a vict'ry we'd cruise And that Blash should be fired should we lose. But the folks that do know'im Said "Don't write a poem." So the injuries shall losses excuse. I wrote you a poem anyway. You're welcome.
