Why not? They won a Cup right before I moved to Canada. I'm not that old, so they must be a good team, right? The person below me thinks an Edmonton-Toronto finals would be kind of funny (aside from the obvious downside that we wouldn't be there).

That's tough, but so are pork chops. They're are great, but they tend to dry out. I think it's because they're thinner and leaner than they were when we were kids. Remember when "shake and bake" came out and that was the big, cool thing? You had to trim the fat off of your chop. Nowadays, they come almost fat-less. They don't have that juicy quality they used to. Yes, tough indeed. Stuffed chops or shake and bake?

Sounds a little like him. I purposely didn't look to see who you thought it was just so I could see if we were on the same page. The letter "s" comes out just like Mickey, and the accent is similar, but it's not quite. Of course, it could be Mickey in a different mood...

Hitler. I don't know what Stalin looked like offhand, but I'd know Hitler and could shoot him. Get it over with under less than ideal circumstances or put it off for a better time?

Sticks of balsa as a kid pretending to do karate, but not seriously. The person below me is irresponsible with money.

I blame Shoreline. He just used a form of the word "erect" in the same sentence as "Peter Forsberg" with no qualms whatsoever. The force of these two incompatible thoughts is throwing off the mental magnetism throughout the globe, causing the Wings to miss the net.

This team is lacking veteran presence. I blame Gordie and Cheli for retiring so young.

Depends on what I'm using it for. Knife is usually the weapon, erm, I mean... tool of choice. Balls, nuts, or yambags?
-
No, but the other night I had a muscle cramp that sent my baby finger poking out sideways. The person below me makes new concoctions in the kitchen.

You guys sounded like seasoned professionals. Great job. For LGW, an apt name might be "The Sky Is Falling and Everything's Rosy".

Haven't been on the Pill in years. I'll swallow something small and tasteless rather than something that leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. Yes, those liquid meds ALL leave a nasty taste. Small mom-and-pop store or big chain?

Oh, yeah. The person below me types "The person below me" and then sits and thinks of something to say.

You know their ages and the difference between them? What are you, some sort of stalker? John, that ladybug is so cute! Loved how her puffy little butt wiggled when she ran*. That is just adorable. *May be the only time in my life I type that sentence. Hopefully, anyway.

I heard that Babs is going to recall him later "when we're playing better" or however it was that he worded that. I read that as we're playing like crap and having a kid around doesn't help and Babs didn't want him to get started in his career on a bad note. But that's just my guess.

I'm horrible about doing things on my own. I just can't bring myself to ask unless I'm completely lost or pressed for time. Best midnight snack: Ice cream or pb&j?

Maybe Torts needs another Stanley Cup ring so he won't be able to hear Joe.

Upon further review, I also blame the Lions and Tigers for having winning seasons and using up all of the "win" in the metro area.
-
I blame Nick Lidstrom. If Howard is to blame for one loss for having one son, Lidstrom must be to blame for the other four.

Shhhhhhhhhh. That's the cougar part. No one actually has a chance with me. I'm taken. But it's all just in fun. I'm sure Trey and I would have a great time if we ever met, but not that sort of a great time. So don't feel left out or anything.

I usually read the paper since I can do so for free at work. Curl up in the fetal position sobbing or flail your arms and scream?

I got mine before the A as well. We can just use that to point out that we're not bandwagon Kronner fans and have supported him since he was a lowly unlettered fellow. Don't thank me. I'm old enough to be his mother, live a thousand miles away, and have never met him (not that the last part would prevent us from dating). I adore him, but I'm glad he has someone in his life who truly loves him. My bf would be glad too if he only knew.

WHOA WHOA WHOA! Back up the Crushwagon! I like Mike as a friend. He makes great GDT's and is a cool human. I would love to have drinks and dinner and conversation with him. HOWEVER, he is a generation too young for me. I only go cougar on Trey and Sebastian, and since Sebastian's demise, that leaves Trey. But I must admit, I was expecting kind of a nerd since he's intelligent and well-spoken and a Beatles fan and all that.
