Doing it right now. Drug up or bite the bullet and deal with the pain?
-
Very true. The anger need not even be aimed at the person, but at the cause of death, whether it be disease, accident, murder, or even just natural causes. Regardless of what happened, there is loss of time with that person. There is the loss of that person's future, and how it might have been spent. Sometimes anger at the person who died is the "safest" emotion because they (or their feelings) can't be hurt by the anger. Life isn't fair, and when things happen that aren't the way we'd like them to go, there is anger, disappointment, frustration... all sorts of feelings may arise depending on the gravity of the event. There are a ton of emotions one goes through. None are wrong; only acting inappropriately is wrong. Feeling them is up to the individual. Edit: clarity

Times. Makes me look as smart as a third grader instead of a first grader. Heating pad or ice pack?
-
I'm old enough that I immediately thought "hard cover or paperback"? I'll go with hard copy. Beef or chicken?

Sadness and anger is a normal reaction to grief and the loss of a loved one, regardless of how they died. When the person was young and still had expected calendar years left, it makes it even harder. I just buried a 33-year-old friend last week. Too young. Too many medical problems culminating in cancer. Acceptance happens eventually, even though the sting is still there. I can imagine that he meant more to you since he was on your team. Take care of yourself, dear.

<Sigh> Mac always did own the Avalanche.
-
Ok, then... purple. Acrobats or clowns?
-
I decided I'd never own one based solely on that fact, so there might be some idiots out there who went the other direction.

Bag. Trashier looking: ladies who walk around with their bras showing, or ladies who don't wear bras when they should?

Maybe your sister's just a jinx. I actually liked him as Sid the Kid. Sid the Young Adult was kind of grating, plus there was the whole beating-us-in-2009 thing. I was hoping that Sid the Mature Adult would be likable. Here's to hoping he gets the chance.

The yellow line in the net seems like a good thing. The only point of testing it would be to make sure it works as planned. Serving the full penalties is something I just can't get on board with considering that they dropped that rule to prevent teams from scoring more than one goal on a penalty. Those are the two I have comments on. I'm eagerly awaiting others' responses to see what the rest of you think.

Generally donuts, but I have a soft spot for white cake. Shop garage sales or have a garage sale?
-
How. Sounds the most Red Wing-like. Drama, sitcom, reality, or DIY shows?
-
I would love to. Unfortunately, I live hundreds of miles away. The person below me would like to go back to bed and sleep for a long time.
-
Oh, goodness. I haven't been to a zoo in eons. Monkeys, I guess. Planes or trains?
-
Definitely. One more week, and the I get one to get my teeth pulled. The person below me has been to Arkansas.
-
I can't vote. I felt dirty putting my cursor in front of either name.

Bold prediction: Geography teachers will worry themselves silly about the confusion it will cause when the SCF involves Winnipeg from the East and Detroit from the West. Students will not notice anything ironic, despite the fact that Doc Emerick will explain the situation in dramatic, yet condescending fashion before, during, and after every single game of the Finals.

Whatever is comfortable for them and doesn't show off their undies. Get right up or hit the snooze?
-
I haven't had ice skates since I outgrew a 10 many year ago. The person below me is so used to the new $20 dollar bills, that the old ones now look fake.
-
Salted. Better gift: Flowers or toilet paper?
-
It's not stupid or anything, but it's not cum laude. (BTW, Loo- large shoes are my problem but since I have the swelling issue, I have to get them even larger. 12EEEEE big enough for ya?) The person below me didn't even know they make shoes in 5 and 7 E.

This is seriously bold as we only go to Minnesota in October. +1 from me for reference to the Annual February Injury Fest. My prediction is that people will lose faith after every loss, cry, moan, wail, call for the team's head, declare the season a failure, predict/invoke the beginning of Armegeddon (or however you spell it), and still strut around during the playoffs with an "I knew it all along" attitude.

No. I wish I did, though. The person below me has had to stick something in the toes of shoes (their own or a child's) to make them smaller. (Tampons work great, btw.)
