It's actually "cut the muster" from when they would muster the troops and those troops who passed inspection (or "made the cut") were said to "cut the muster". Of course, it's been around for so long that some people insist that it is actually mustard and that the muster thing is just conjecture, so to each their own. Kind of like "nip it in the butt" for "nip it in the bud", but as a rose grower, I'm sure you know about nipping problem buds before they reach their full head.

Just throwing this out for those times when you can't find a stream: Once upon a yesteryear, I had the slowest dial-up on the planet and couldn't stream. I found that the games could always be streamed on the radio, albeit with a few second delay. It's not the same, but it's a pretty good "plan b" and better than nothing.

Technically, the 20th, as it was started last century. Our jails here are like resorts. They seriously have it better than I do, and they get it for free. This guy is making it be an actual punishment. More power to him. I'm not in favour of going back to the old turn-of-the-last-century prisons where people were dependent on their families and churches to bring them food, but the women's prison in ND has such good food that I know girls that come out missing the caramel rolls. The women's prison in AZ is pretty nice too, from what I hear. Besides, this is jail, not prison. Most are only there for a month or two or three.
