I work 11pm-7am on weekends (Fri & Sat). 6pm-6am (Mon-Wed), 6pm-mid (Thur). Sunday off. Um, what was the question? Oh, no. I don't work all day tomorrow. The person below me is getting a little sick of hearing the Olympic Theme Song. Lovely tune- quite rousing and majestic and all, but I've been hearing it a lot.

I just went to NHL.com and had to laugh at 2 of their headlines. "Canada aware of Slovakia" and "US aware that they have to go through Finland for the gold". Wow. They can actually prepare now. Wonder if they told the Finns and Slovaks who they were playing?

That. They can do the "name on front>name on back" thing. It's much easier to look at Canada from the perspective of a US fan and say, "Ugh. Look at the (insert insult here) guys they have on that team" than it is to have them on your own team and have to root for them. For me, it's Kane. I don't hate him; I just have no respect for him. I see him on the ice in my country's jersey and I have to remind myself that they ice the best players, not the nicest. Then I look at Raffy and feel fluffy bunnies in my heart. (Ok, exaggeration there. I actually just think "Go Raffy!")
