Bravo! People may be genetically inclined to things, but a person's actions are their own responsibility. Granted there are extreme cases of mental illness where a person is not in touch with reality, but those are rare, and certainly not what is being discussed here. If a person is truly incapable of controlling their actions, and those actions are ones such as this that cause pain and suffering of innocent children, then that person should be institutionalized and kept apart from potential victims. This is one of the rare cases where I don't care about individual rights. If a person is aware of reality and chooses to do such things as this, that person deserves death. Or in lieu of death, a life of severe suffering. I would only hope that people who do have these urges seek help to control them, even if it means voluntarily committing themselves. Those are the only sexual predators for whom I would in any way have respect.

That is actually kind of a blessing in disguise. Howard is playing well. He is gaining the confidence of his coach and team. We know what Ozzie can do. Now we get to see Howard. Eventually, Howard's hot streak will come to an end. It happens to the best of goalies. When that happens, we still have Ozzie. If the playoffs come, and Howard is still on this streak, put him in. If not, play Ozzie. Either we have a hot young 'tender on a streak or one that has proven that he can crank it up for the important games.

The OP stipulated that teams can keep 3 players from their current rosters, and also that once a team had used up players from their state/province they could fill the roster with players from states/provinces/countries with no NHL team.

I have to admit that I have never been crazy about Fleury, but I was reading an article about him recently (the Hockey News, maybe?) and I have gained respect for the guy. I hope this goes well. James deserves whatever he gets in prison. People like that, I say -chop off their hands and send them in naked.

You don't have to smile and give off all of tired answers. I hate that too. I'm just saying that if you're in an interview you have more time to think about what you're saying. There's a huge difference between "We've got 20 minutes of hockey left. We have to get the puck to the net. We believe in our team... blah, blah, blah... stuff we hear a million times" and "We're playing really badly tonight. I don't know what the deal is. We need to wake up. Some of us are playing like we don't care. A lot of us don't deserve the money we're getting paid by the fans that we're letting down. It's frustrating, and we don't know what to do about it, but coach is going to ream us out and he'll be right in doing it." and "We're ******* s*** right now." The first is the tired crap you hear all the time. The second would make a better interview. The third is best left for the locker room.

I'm thinking exact names might cause some sort of infringement. There was a local band named Betty Does Veronica and they got sued and had to stop. It might have to be more subtle. Joey's Right Hand is cool. It makes sense to Wings fans, but to anyone else, it just sounds like a really lonely guy.

I love Nik Kronwall. Is that too close to being hockey related for a hockey discussion board? Maybe so. He and Mule are going to be the leaders under Hank and Dats. Helm and Abs are there for comic effect. Oh, well. I love Marlboro Ultra Lights 100's and Camel Snus Frost. And I love Frito Lays, except having to get the grease off my back.
