Espanol (with the ~ on the n) Idiots that won't talk when you want an answer or idiots that won't shut up when you don't need to know anything they have to say?
-
Nope, not unless you count packing up my bedroom. I'm getting a new floor, so everything is getting boxed up. The person below me likes pizza rolls.
-
Bravo, Konnan511! Also- 82- number of regular games per season in which Koko makes no difference.
-
I don't mind having it on the radio, or being at a game, but I can't sit through a game on tv unless it is just background. The person below me prefers their eggs scrambled.
-
Agreed. (Am I the only one who read that as Jenny Craig? Yeah, I just woke up, but I'm not that out of it, am I?) I would put him on a list of great players in the past. A list of great leaders. A list of men who promote the game of hockey well... Darn near any compliment you can give the guy as a player, but that incident does kill "classy". This is not to say that I am overlooking all that he has done, and I still want him for Commish when he retires. There are just some situations where classy guys keep it zipped and wait until the woman is free to be with them.

That is a steal. I'm sure it has something to do with it being the end of August. He's probably getting a bit desperate.

Something in my house makes me sniffly, but I think it's the lumber I bought to replace the floor. The person below me forgot the Lions game was early today and missed their delightful triumph (a win for the Lions is a triumph no matter how small). The person below me is also angry with themself for doing so.

Cute, Loo. Not Dom-like, but cute.

Say, Kristi...tell Daniel that the chastity belt he ordered got delivered to me by mistake. I'll be FedExing it out to him ASAP.
-
IIRC, he left us to go to Analheim to be closer to his home in California. Atlanta, Montreal, Vancouver... getting closer. I kid. I still like Schneids. Now that Sammy's there, who can blame him? I think I'm going to be rooting for them as a second-tier-on-my-list-of-faves team.

Nuke it. I don't eat much popcorn. It gets stuck in my teeth. Sound of Music or The Music Man?
-
Not so much stuff on tv, but I do have quite the Veggietales library. No, I don't have kids. I've been getting new ones on DVD so I can play them for my Sunday School kids for special treat days. I totally love them. The person below me can tell me whether "Dawn dishwashing detergent © antibacterial hand soap" is for use on one's hands or dishes. I bought it for dishes, but now I'm wondering if I'm just supposed to wash my hands with it.

All numbers are for the 2009-10 season. 3- people left who still don't like Lilja. 26- height in inches. 13- shootout goals. 52- fighting majors. 8- bars in the metro area into which he's still allowed. 40- home games in which he has a point. 11, 23, 28- percent of the population (respectively) who are aware of the existence of said player's NTC. 1- fewer times his name will be in the record book by the end of the season.

Posting in the wrong thread or not giving the person below you an option. Oops. I've done both lately. Well, then, let's go with something nicer.... Chewy candy or hard candy?
-
Yeah, I guess I am. The job I wanted and thought I had a great chance at was taken by someone else. The person below me has learned to appreciate the small victories in life (like unclogging a particularly stuck toilet).

What (s)he said. If we HAVE to take Huds back, it will put us in cap trouble, but it would be fixable. Send JWilly down. Someone will take him off waivers or he can be a call-up. Trade whomever doesn't perform well at camp (unless they have a NTC). In the end, I think that since this is all new ground for everyone, Holland and the KHL will come up with some sort of "borrowing a player" contract that will allow Huds to play there for 2 years and then come back when we can afford him.

Did the dirty toilet water yesterday, so I'll take that option. The person below me has anti-bacterial soap in the house for occasions such as clogged toilet cleaning.
-
Not to the best of my memory, but I think that memories like that would be fuzzy anyway. The person below me listens to music whilst they clean.
-
I have been wondering the same thing. I had only rabbit ears until last spring when I got cable. Now I have high speed internet as well and was thinking about getting it online. If anyone does this, could you please share your experience? I would love to see the games rather than following the GTD as my sole source of game info.

They'll keep saying it, and "sissy" will change in the American Slang to mean "hot man who drives women mad". All the youngsters out there will be calling each other "sissy" and it will be cool. Cheli has that power. Best of luck to him where ever he goes. I admire that he keeps at it for the love of the game.

I don't know if I'd call it a project, but I do have stuff to do. The person below me hates having their zits pointed out to them. Like we don't know they're there. Jeesh.
-
That's a win either way, but I'll go with the bread. Moving or trying to declutter one room at a time?
-
Or snowblowers. They'll be after Sakic next. I hope for the best for Mac. I worry about him off in a cold, deslote place like Calgary. If he's in Moscow, he should be OK, as I hear it is a rather nice civilized place. I just hope he isn't in Siberia. In answer to a previous question in this thread: Coiled up sunning himself on a rock preparing a new batch of venom.

Actually, as much as I love cherries, I don't like the artificial taste. The person below me feels the same way about bananas.
