We have members from northern Canada to Australia. We are, by definition, bi-polar. Kronwall comes and goes. More than anything, he needs to be consistant. When he is on top of his game, he is killer. When he goofs up, he does it big; and even his small mistakes (like some of his penalties) seem to come at the worst times. Let's hope the good Nik shows up for the rest of the series.

Wait a minute! The Pens didn't win the Cup last year? Does Bettman know about this? I watched the commercials, and I was sure they featured the Pens. Where was the first European born and raised captain? Where was the first Newfie? Where was the old guy who waited his whole life to lift the Cup? I didn't see any of them. The Wings can't have won the Cup. A network devoted to the sport would have noticed. Don't you think?

Hossa, Sammy, Leino, and Hudler realize that they have a very short time until they're free agents and want to make the most of their time to make a good impression. Wings win 10 (Hossa x3, Leino x3, Huds x3, MAF's butt) to 1 (Crosby so the league has commercial footage of him almost winning a Cup for next year's ad campaign). Sammy gets a Sammy hat trick: Post, over the net, wide of the net.
