Will be watching this one with Mom and little sisters (one of whom is a Wings fan, the other of whom is vaguely aware that hockey is played on ice). Go Wings! Impress my unconverted sister! Also, it's Chelischick's mom's birthday! Win one for Martha, boys! Wings win 7-1, with the last 6 goals coming off Fleury's butt.

Hopefully he can get at least a game in. Even if they put him on the 4th line and limit his minutes to what he can handle, it would be better than him missing out. This is assuming he is well enough to play, of course. We've won a Cup with him on the 4th line before.

Too early for Helm. Zata -C Dats -A Kronner- A Possibly Raffy or Hossa -A (goes without saying that Drapes keeps his until he retires) I'm basing my Kronner guess on how he is during interviews (they want someone who can talk to the media) and from reports on how well he gets along with the guys and helps the new guys get situated in Detroit.

Well, the 2 of you (and Steve et al) will have to do my part for the next game. I will be going to visit Mom, so I won't be near a computer. Game on at Mom's. I think that our GR guys will help out tomorrow. They're used to the b2b schedule. Granted it isn't at this level, but given how normal that is for the AHL, and how many b2b's the Wings had this year, I think that will be to our advantage.
