Just got home and read the GDT. I found the Hasek haters. They're in the XL wearing Wild clothing. I actually screamed "I love you Hasek" after one save, and I'm an Ozzie fan. Minn had the puck way too much if you ask me. I was sitting next to the penalty box. I swear, they are trained to look at anything but the person with the camera. When Drapes was in, I yelled to him to tell McCarty we're proud of him. He didn't look my direction, but nodded slightly, so I think he heard me. You think you were complaining about the refs in the GDT? The Minny fans were really upset during the 4 minute penalty. They had wanted only 2, or they wanted a Wing in the box too. I just sat really still and smiled from ear to ear. That's it for the GDT- rest of it is girl talk, so I'll be heading over there. My first pro sporting event ever! It was so awesome!

I agree with what Earthhuman had to say about Sid. If the NHL need something, it's marketing. Sid's got the talent and the looks and he's not an ass. How many kids would be letting this go to their heads? He understands his role as a salesman, and if that means he has to do a lot of photoshoots, then so be it. We could do a lot worse.
