They do, it's just pronounced HABAOA.

Please tell me that we're not going to have more of the "get rid of Kronwall; he's made of glass" debates we had back in the day. I'll wrap him in bubbles. You can bring the shine. Here's the puppy:

Actually, it makes some sense. Smith and Q have not been good together. Putting them with two really good guys can help their strengths whilst compensating for their goofs.
-
Good thing the doctor did the catching if he had a bum shoulder during the delivery.

Great job, Gord! Hopefully the Wings will win this. Not because I want to make Ottawa feel bad. I'd just rather that they win other games when they're not playing against us. I'd also like it if we won a lot more than everyone else, but that kind of goes without saying, eh? Welcome back, Kronner baby!

You should really write professionally. If you wrote a hockey column, I'd read it faithfully. And then I'd write idiotic, borderline illiterate comments.
-
Total agreement. The first guy doesn't have to make it. The second and third guys are usually in the bind.

Since he probably won't be re-signed with Mrazek coming along, I'm glad that he got this chance to shine and increase his next payday. He really didn't get a shot last year. It's also nice for us to know that we can trust our backup.

Amazing kid. He's part of a very bright future. Of course, here at LGW, we knew it all along because Leftwinger was telling us every other post. A DD appreciation thread wouldn't be complete without acknowledging that he was right.

If they're sedentary, yes. The person below me has a Woody. (If yes, the person below me also has a Buzz Lightyear.)

It's Monday. My personal planner mandates that I be a crabby *****.

Having Lids, Raffi, Kronner, and Cheli out was what made the brass go, "Hmm. Maybe we should look into getting another d-man. How's about that Brad Stewart guy?" And it worked. In this case, however, I'd put money on it that KH has been trying to trade a couple of forwards for a d-man. Too bad it's not like in the old days where they could include money. Sammy plus $1m for a bag of pucks and a half a bag of Meow Mix.

He was on the top pairing and broke his leg shortly after the initial puck drop. Stafford was called up to fill in the next game, which was the one quoted above. Brutal times, but we played through adversity.

I'm going the other way. There's no way we can win this one, so we'll blow the Sharks out of the water. Everyone who has been sucking will play lights-out. Z and D will have career games. LGW will plan the Stanley Cup Parade. Then we will get totally flattened the next game and LGW will want every player on the team traded. In fact, some of them will get traded twice and somehow end up back here, necessitating a third trade to get rid of them. Then we will complain about a lack of consistency.

I did a quick search. Some said Monday; others said Tuesday. That doesn't help a lot, I know. Sorry. The minions are probably greasing the Wheel O Justice and Shanny's nurse is probably dosing out tranquilizers for his video presentation.

Even scarier when we're all worried about losing Ericsson.
-
No kidding. He's already credited with the assist. (joking as well. all the best to the E family)
-
I won't be throwing anyone under the bus if we lose this one unless someone really, really, really screws up. Win it for the Ericsson baby!
-
Is it possible to have this much YES!!!! and NO!!!! in your system at once? I feel like I just got off the tilt-a-whirl.
-
I forgot Smith used to fight. Keep him. (Yes, I said patience in a previous post, but now I really, really, really mean it.)
-
Best wishes to him. Play the game you love. Retire early enough to enjoy your family. Not a bad life.

Jimmy sucked on that last goal. He couldn't even stop a puck that was shot by a guy who had just died a couple of hours earlier. It was like he was invisible. Do NOT have Jimmy on your team if you need protection during the zombie apocalypse. Other than that he did pretty well, except for one where I thought that he really should have had it and was stunned that he didn't have it. We needed more offense and we didn't get it. Note to the slower folks amongst us: That first part was a joke. Ok?
-
Ericsson and Kindl were both like that. We knew that they had potential, but it was hard to see beyond flashes here and there. I'm not ready to punt on Smith yet. I also don't want him playing big minutes yet. Hopefully he'll have a good season in the not-too-distant future and come around.

I get off work at 6:00 a.m. Well, for two more weeks. Then, who knows? Of course, on the weekends I'll still be getting off at 7:00. The person below me has been to North Dakota.
