Nobody is blaming the announcers. We were just talking about the conflict of interest with Eddy the Oaf doing play-by-play when the Hawks are playing. We want to have somewhat an enjoyable experience.

Yeah I think it should be a conflict of interest. But if you're going to do it, why not Kenny Daniels? It is a home game and he should be the play-by-play guy with Doc.

I'm sorry but who worries about the bathrooms and the food? I thought you go because you want to watch the Red Wings LIVE! I've been to arenas around the country that are nice and fancy but still take the Joe any day. My routine? Park in the Fox Theater next to Hockey Town Cafe. Eat at Hockey Town Cafe or not. Take the shuttle bus over to the Joe, watch the game, don't eat food or didn't drink enough to have to use the bathroom, catch the shuttle bus back to Hockeytown Cafe, jump in my car and catch I75 home. No worries, no problem

I can't stand that moron. I refer to him as "Eddie the Oaf". He shouldn't be allowed to do any broadcasts on national TV when the Blackhawks are playing. I see it as a conflict of interest or any other announcer for that fact in which the team they usually broadcast is playing.
