Trade deadline fast approaching - who should we target?
stillwater replied to nyqvististhefuture's topic in General
Anyone proposing the idea of trading Gustav Nyquist for any of the players being mentioned as "available" should have their status as a hockey fan revoked. The same pretty much goes for Tomas Tatar. -

I recognize the quote, but don't understand the relevance to St.Louis. Count me among the bunch that doesn't believe he wants to be traded simply because he hates Steve Yzerman for not choosing him, keeping in mind that Yzerman doesn't choose the team by himself ... there's a process, and many others involved. -

Coaches the winning team to the Gold Medal ... still gets no credit. -
It's a JOKE Nancy.

The Johan Franzen one looks lazy.

There was more nervousness for me during the Latvia game. Losing that game would have been disgraceful ... losing today's game would not have been.

Wow, Facebook! What a travesty of justice. God help us all!

Didn't you describe yourself yesterday as "level-headed"? Stop rubbing it in and grow up.

There you go! This is more of the childish, moronic nonsense that we all expected.

Honestly, the best part of the Canadian march thus far is the lack of a goaltending controversy. There was probably more discussion about goaltending pre-tournament than anything else.

Kane didn't get a penalty in the game.

Craig Simpson was the color guy. Has been all tournament long.

Would you make this post again, if the chance was there?

Small correction ... I think that was 2002 in Salt Lake City. Utah ... go figure.
-
Read the thread ... no excuses.

Dream come true for the Canadian girls and absolute heartbreak for the American girls. The epitome of athletics.
-
You're American? Why were you not emotionally invested?
-
She was holding the puck. The American girls were warned earlier in the game about the exact same thing. I realize you'll whine. I'll just post that for truth for everyone else.
-
There certainly were questionable calls, on both sides. The slashing call in overtime was something the ref warned the US of earlier. You missed that if you just tuned in for overtime.
-
Heart-wrenching loss for the US girls. Geez.
-
Honestly, are you insane? PP for Canada. I feel bad for the US girls.
