Well, I'm not ranting and raving ... and you've got to be realistic, or what's the point? Like the first responder said as well, the Wings are not going to trade Alfie unless he wants out ... which is unlikely given his family.

Yep, the Swedes are a bunch of arrogant kids who thought they would have a cakewalk. Swedish Hockey needs to put respect back into the game. Other countries have caught up and winning a gold medal means playing your hearts out.

Does your close circle of friends include professional soccer players and NHL'ers? If not, how are you able to make such a bold, conclusive generalization of the two groups? Is it just an opinion, or have you done extensive research on the two groups? How about women soccer and hockey players? Pretty much fit the same pattern? I'm honestly curious how you can come to such a definitive judgement. Thank goodness for the internet, the one place where you're generally not accountable

Obviously, you should be in charge of Hockey Canada. Drouin aside ... what other Canadian players seemed "arrogant" to you? Honestly, you've never met any of the kids on that team, yet you are able to judge them so easily? You must be incredibly intelligent and observant.
