So, it has come to my attention that I may, or may not, be directly responsible for Flip's lack of points the first 10 games. I watched the first games religiously, but as soon as I could not watch, he scored! I tested my theory, by not watching 3 games, in which he picked up points, but sadly when I watched the game against Calgary he was again held pointless. Is it my duty as a fan of the Flipper to not watch the games so he can freaking score!? What should I do? Also, I never give predictions but, I'll say If I watch the game: Red Wings: 3 (Homer, Pasha (he's due big time), and Lilja) Zata picks up the assists Preds: 2 (Orts x 2 (GO BLUE!)) If I don't watch the game: Red Wings: 5 (Flip gets the game winner and an assist on the Mule) Preds: 2

He basically says that the reason he left Detroit is because they changed his contract last minute. - Could admit(allow), what "Detroit" will call you back? - I do not know even how to answer. More precisely with what to begin. I in fact was not going to leave anywhere if it is fair. But hockey is not only game. It is business. And when you in this business try to bypass dishonestly, it strongly makes active those qualities owing to which you so much years made the way and won. Persistence, an estimation of the general(common) situation, own career... Understand, about what I speak? MGoBlue Some ex-Red Wings will be playing tomorrow in the Summer Hockey Showcase. Has anybody ever gone? Will I have to buy separate tickets to each game? And not having to do with anything, but I wish Detroit never traded Knuble I think we got the 2nd round draft pick (Kopecky) for him, does anybody remember what/who else? Hopefully Kopecky will be awesome someday so it will be worth it, but I'm definitely more of a fan of keeping the hometown boys around.

Burke doesn't like it because he says Penner's not worth that much money (very true), but how else are you supposed to get RFA's if the salaries aren't inflated? Lowe had to offer that much or Burke would have matched.

he was #3 with wisconsin so maybe if kopecky won't give up #28 he'll ask lils for #3? just keeding...if wearing #28 has any significance to rafalski i'm sure he'll get it...in a classy way...i don't think he's the type of guy who would demand another player's number just because he has more nhl years...the organization may even just automatically switch it for him?
