there should be more options for the poll - anyone is tradeable for the right deal, I just don't see another team giving us what I think we should get in return for him, so I don't want to see him moved and I think he still has a LOT of growth to do... he's the type of guy you end up regretting you traded - that's my worry.

exactly... people don't know what they got in him because he doesn't have a true sniper to work with... he could put up insane assist numbers if he played consistently with a natural goal scorer...

like I've said before, I really think Babs stumbled onto something a few games ago when he had: Filppula-Datsyuk-Bertuzzi on a line... they looked great together Filppula-Datsyuk-Bertuzzi Franzen-Zetterberg-Cleary/Holmstrom those maximize everyone's strength's(and minimize their weaknesses) and I really think would make good lines....

Exactly... he's a playmaker... and goal scorers aren't very good without playmakers... ask Cheechoo without Thornton... He's also a DAMN good playmaker and a great 2 way forward...

People don't know what they got - I did the research the other day - for guys in his salary bracket, very few have a better point per game, or +/-, are as defensively responsible, etc... and almost ALL of them have already peaked... he hasn't... to trade Flip would be the trade that we all lement in 3 years...

you can show no signs... I know, I know, bite my tongue - but Franzen actually played 2 shifts after he tore his ACL - adrenaline and equipment/tape keeping things tight can make a big difference... and then you wake up the next morning... hopefully I'm wrong!
