There's no way it's as serious - Mo had an exposed body part, on a part of the body which has a LOT of tendons, the only equivilency on the leg, is the achiles, which is protected by the skate boot... the only real fear here, is the back of the knee, but other than that, hopefully it's just something that needs to be allowed to heal for a week or so, and he'll be right back... Exactly. With that said, shootout wins should not be worth the same a s a TEAM win, so all the people saying, 2 for W, 0 for L - this is stupid. The 3 pt system is a no brainer and in this case, pursits be damned, who cares about the rediculous "100" pt benchmark, it's irrelevant anyway... please remove head. I think you're WAY overthinking this... I don't think it's mental... who was Bertuzzi's back guy? He apparently did wonders with him, maybe Z needs a consultation... He just doesn't look strong on the puck and appears to be skating more upright (which any hockey player knows, affects your strength on the puck)... I really think it's the back again

Once again, Hudler has been decent this season, but I more or less agree with your whole post... they'll certianly want more than Hudler, or even Hudler and a pick, etc... but Semin's compete level REALLY scares me and I don't know if I'd be willing to part with anything significant for a guy whose bags will probably be packed for summer come May 1st, regardless of playoffs... Matt Bradley's comments speak VOLUMES and I don't know if I'd want to take on that potential cancer, even with the depth of leadership in our lockerroom... especially not at any significant price...

Tied for 5th on the team in pts and has been very solid this season... Hudler for Semin straight up is a no brainer and Hudler was horrendous last season and he's probably NEVER going to be more than a .5- .7 ppg player in this league, but let's keep things in perspective... he hasn't been bad this season...

Agreed 100% I'd be sad to see Cleary go and Semin has SERIOUS compete level problems, but the talent level would be simply too much to pass up... Schultz would also be a very welcome addition on our blueline, also, the OPs lines are very odd (as you touched on, with the obvious ommission of one of our best, most consistent players this season - Fil)

So, in another thread () we got on the topic about how Eaves needs to at least be given a look on the PP at the point, ESPECIALLY now with White out... this led to the idea of starting an online movement to get the idea out there via social media, now, we all saw how far the Commodore64 movement went, hopefully this one can at least spark discussion... so join us in posting on FB, Twitter, etc - #PattyOnPoint Let's see if we can actually get enough of a movement for this to even be mentioned in Detroit media, let alone maybe getting the idea actually discussed with Babs himself!
