In that case, we will sign McGrattan, Brock Lesnar and Geralt of Rivia for the next time we face them. That should quiet them down. -

The refs and our powerplay will protect us. Florida has Thornton and a few other guys that are willing, but they can't goon it up any better than the 2006 Wings could. -
Good point. They figured he was done and traded him to Detroit in exchange for sour face.

Never heard of most of these players. Biggest surprise is that each team is the other's most heated rival. Don't see that often (seems like ever).

The stadium looks ugly from the outside and the inside. The stupid white car is a distraction when you watch on TV. The whole thing stinks. I feel bad for the fans. The owner may as well tell the fans to go to Rangers games instead. -
Looks OK, but yes they could have done better. This is weird. I never changed my avatar but it reverted back to one I used years ago. Must be related to LGW crash last week (speaking of websites )

No matter how you slice it, there's too much melted butter in that lineup. Your 2nd and 3rd lines are too soft. We need some help with size and grit (as usual).

Hey, he scored two goals that should impress Wings fans. He actually went to the net on one goal and actually scored on a breakaway on another. Two things most of our players don't seem capable of doing.

It's not a secret that many players would rather rest than play in the ASG. My only point is that yesterday's games looked more physically taxing than prior All star games. There was no hitting or shot blocking, but there was a lot of end to end action. I can see the older players not wanting anything to do with that in the future.

Anyone else think that fewer players will want to play in the ASG after this game? 3 on 3 and that kind of feverish pace is a test of endurance, especially if you win and have to play again.

Enforcers have frequently been the nicest guys on many teams. If anything, it's usually the star players who act like a-holes.

I think there should be one enforcer spot open for every ASG from now on. The fans and players had a good time with it.
