That's a bold claim. I guess some would say top 5 and top 10 isn't much different, but I say it is different in this case. I have him in the top 10, but he can't be top 5. Top 5 would be Orr, Lidstrom, Harvey, Shore and Bourque, in whatever order you want them. Potvin could also sneak in there. Chelios would be somewhere around Larry Robinson's ranking, just below that top group.

I did. Read my post back in October. I just hope we don't get stuck against Boston in the first round. Don't like that matchup, even if they have struggled this year.

Doesn't Jarret Stoll play for LA? And BTW, why does the Kings affiliate play in New Hampshire? Their call ups must be jet lagged by the time they enter the lineup.

So whenever you get the trivia question about best athletes to play their entire careers with one team, sadly Fatso will not be on it because of that 7 game embarrassment in a Blues uniform. Should have retired in the offseason. -

It could be worse. They could have asked Slovakia and the Czech Republic to merge as one team. Now that would make for an interesting tournament.

Historically, the World Cup of Hockey has been a meaningful event. Not as big as the Olympics, but still important to players.

Chelios. Not even close. LOL. Madonna is not in Chelios' league. One is a top 10 all time defensemen, the other would be lucky to be a top 50 all time forward. Based one what? Having a higher overall in video games in the late 90's?

Holland should sign McGrattan as a shadow buddy for Franzen. He seems like a good teammate and is popular with the ladies for some reason. I feel he can help Franzen get over his anxiety issues. It will help the team in the long run.

He didn't have a particularly good season or playoffs that year. In other years around that, his was more effective for other teams. I seem to remember him playing with Lang and Yzerman in the playoffs (back when we had right handed forwards)
