Huh? This is our healthy offensive lineup, minus Zetterberg. Add him, and it's still a lineup comprised mostly of GR players. Unless you want the three old goats to take their places. Holland is the one who's let this team deteriorate like this. Obviously, the kids aren't ready for playoff action (sure seemed like it last year). -

This team needs to change either the coach or GM. Some kind of fresh change is needed in the philosophy. The players don't respond to Babcock anymore, so that's a place to start . Bring in Laviolette. Holland will probably never be fired. I do blame him more than Babcock, but it just won't happen. Kenny will have to step down himself. Kinda like a samurai acknowledging his failure and dishonor. -

Franzen will be 35 next year. The young guys aren't playing well now, but look at the leaders they have in front of them. These youngsters at least have upside. Franzen won't become better in the future, nor will he magically play harder after turning 35. He needs to be moved, even though his stock is very low now.
