Cleary can play center. Can take draws, is responsible defensively and a good leader. When is he coming back again? -
Well, a really good number one defenseman can play well at both ends in a pressure packed situation. Kronwall was good defensively, but we needed so much more from him on the offensive side and never got it. Our powerplay struggled late in the series.

Isn't he healthy now? He should have started this game. If/when he gets hurt again, then we can start Howard the Duck. We need these games and we're starting the guy whose record has sucked all season. Go figure.

Meanwhile, the other goalie is winning games behind that same defense. The team plays harder for Gustavsson for some reason. We need to ride that the rest of the year.

Like I said last game, a team that misses the playoffs and finishes last in fighting majors isn't very entertaining for fans to watch. Especially when your two best players are out due to their improper priorities, and the team clown is not in the lineup either.

Bertuzzi's mind is in the courtroom and his body is 50 years old. He hasn't been relevant since he murdered that Harvard kid 10 years ago. What we have is a washed up, grizzled waste of space. Funny, we frequently play against teams that are playing 3 games in 4 days, and those teams never seem as gassed.

Which is exactly why Gustavsson should be starting. We need to make a playoff push, not worry about what is and isn't fair for which goalie. Don't break up a winning formula.

Put Lashoff on the powerplay. We need some deception out there.

Anytime you have three men on the point on the powerplay, that's probably not a good sign.
