Getting dominated now on the forecheck. Our forecheck is nonexistent. Kindl plays like a little girl for his size. Idiot may have just cost us the game. -

What do you expect? Even Koivu was bulling Howard over a while back. What's the point of having all these big defensemen, if they aren't going to do s*** about anything? -

Howard being ran on every shift. Amazing how gutless this Wings team is. -
Datsyuk and Zetterberg are great players, but they're not in the same league as any of the players currently retired by the Wings. Red Kelly is.

I always thought Lilja should play on the wing, opposite Downey. Kronwall on the wing wouldn't make any sense. He's too important for us to switch him. Ericsson is slow and is finally gotten decent defensively. Why move him?

Why would Datsyuk get his number retired, but Red Kelly and Norm Ullman haven't?

By far the series I'll be most interested in outside of ours. Two original 6 teams and the two toughest teams in hockey. I expect to see some brawls here. Hopefully, like the first round of the playoffs last year throughout the league.

Words can't describe how happy I am that Columbus didn't make it. Especially since they won out. So happy those idiots are suffering right now, despite all their hard work. Good luck keeping Gaborik! Fixed.

I like this matchup better than the Chicago one. At the same time, travel will suck and so will staying up late. Guess it's the last year for that, though.

Before the season, many people were saying 55 points was the magic number for the playoffs. Talk about being on the money. -
Yeah, I was thinking farther back. Last 10 years, I'd have to go back to 2008 naturally. The others all left a bitter taste after they were done. And that was the year we had Downey and Lilja. Enough said.

In hockey, those are called rabbit punches. Wouldn't even be considered a halfway decent fight. In any case, back to the thread, I think Columbus and Minnesota will win out. Once again, it'll come down to the Wings to take care of their own business. No one is going to do us any favors. -

I want to see all original 6 teams face each other in the first round. Columbus would screw that up. Please Bettman, screw this team. I just hope the Wings will play on the road like they did at home this week. I'll take a shootout loss this time.
