Already dreaming of Mother Russia no doubt. Getting him back should be priority number one. Even ahead of firing Holland.

He wasn't spectacular. He was laying on the goal line for many of those saves, and the Wings crappy shooters couldn't elevate the puck. The Kindl save he had no screen in front of him. He did make a few great saves, but the blame should go on the Wings more than anything. There's a reason we're in the bottom half of the league in goals scored. We make every goalie look good.

I just feel really bad for Dan Cleary. This could be his last chance to win another Cup, and his teammates and Howard let him down.

It's not how many goals he allowed, it's how he allowed them. Make the other team beat you. Don't give them the game.

Nah. Holland will sign some washed up trash in the offseason, and be afraid to "overpay" for anyone else. This team won't look much different next year, except we'll be a little younger with Cleary and Bertuzzi gone, and replaced by GR players. But there still won't be any sniper or big, physical forwards here.

Boy, I wish Ilitch was 20 years younger and much hungrier to win another Cup. Instead, he's got some Tiger bulls*** in his brain. He's let Holland deteriorate this team to the point where our best shooter is a guy who's afraid to shoot. Good. They actually play well in 3rd periods. They tied it their last game as well.

We really miss Holmstrom's deflections. Seems like we've had only a few all season. Our shots are too easy to stop.

Gotta make your own luck. Columbus and St. Louis scored in the 3rd their last games. Wings need to step up, otherwise those teams deserve it more than us.
