The ******* Chelsea defense looked better today than the Wings. Giving up odd man rushes and easy shots from the point. Also, they're not picking up men in the crease. Total defensive failure in every aspect. Howard is carrying us right now.

So Holland decided to bring back the guy Ericsson was supposed to replace. I don't mind having him back, however, I'm timid about giving up a 1st round pick. I figured we'd keep that pick for our big fish at the deadline. -

Hasn't Backstrom been hurt for a while? He's their top center and Ovechkin's set-up man. Naturally that would decrease his scoring somewhat. But there is some truth to teams having figured him out a little. He doesn't seem to be scoring as much off the rush with that wristshot, using the defender as a screen. He used to score like that every game seemingly. -
Getting Moen would indeed be awesome. He'd make us tougher to play against in the playoffs than our current 3rd and 4th liners. He may also cause Abby or Helm to play even more aggressive, which is when they're at their best.
