It's amazing how soft Franzen is on the puck. He has a great shot and that's it. His work ethic is laughable. Reminds me of Robert Lang out there lumbering around.

This is why the league should go back to 5 on 5 OT, with no points for OT losses. Scrap the shootout. Then you won't have these types of discrepancies in the standings.

What's with all the whining about the refs. We've given up a million odd man rushes and are getting outworked. The refs aren't to blame for our losing this game.

Another Blues powerplay goal against the Wings. I have a hard time seeing us winning this game the way St. Louis is playing defensively this season.

Yeah, that was a lame effort, but the Wings have for years refused to block shots. I'm guessing the coaches instruct our players to rarely go down for blocks.
