Those teams are lucky they haven't relocated yet.

This is from tonight. How does this idiot still have a job? Even people in Boston think he's a homer.
-
Yeah, I guess that part is disappointing. A Wings/Hawks SCF would be awesome. But how often would that happen anyway? It's a stretch.
-
We'll be more excited when he gives us another Stanley Cup.

Backes has fought some fighters, but he has too many non-fighters on his list. That's why people call him a spotpicker. Same thing with Lucic. -
What new rivalries? We already play Dallas and Minnesota four times a year. The others are all current divisional teams. Winnipeg is the only new rivalry here. Or are you saying you want new rivalries for us? If so, then yes this isn't a good way to accomplish that.
-
If you want to play those Western teams more, it would mean more travel. The fact we don't play the Eastern teams more frequently is no different than the current format.

Hate 'em both -
Here's the division I was hoping we'd be in. Wings Penguins Sharks Canucks Bruins Flyers Blackhawks Capitals
-
Would you rather have us in a division with the Hawks, Pens and Bruins or something? And those reject teams are who we're playing against now.
-
They didn't. If anyone got f***ed, it'd be Tampa and Florida, because of more travel.
-
Yeah, playing against the Hawks will be boring around here.
-
I guess that makes sense.
-
That's why all those Eastern teams voted for it.
-
What are you guys whining about? We'll dominate that division. Chicago is the only other powerhouse in our division. We'll have to play them in the playoffs perenially. It'll heat the rivalry up even more. I agree. People are forgetting the bolded part as well. It's a good deal.
-
So I'll ask again. What happens if some teams (Phoenix/Nashville/Florida) relocate to Canadian cities? Will they re-align again in a few years?

Someone hasn't watched wrestling since the 80's.

Disappointed Bertuzzi didn't confront Jones after that hit.
-
Who else do you blame for that second goal?
-
Kassian was a tough guy in Juniors. Pretty sure he was dressed against us the other night. And McCormick must still be injured.
-
No, I'm just looking at our OT record and saying that it's subpar. You're the one making excuses for why i it is that way.
-
Did he die from the hit?
-
Here's what I don't like about these 3 point/2 point system for wins. Why should a regulation win count for more points than an OT win? Winning in OT means you score a goal, hence you outscore the opposition to win the game. For instance, in the playoffs, regulation wins don't mean any more than OT wins. Makes no sense to me. A win is a win. We shouldn't differentiate between those two by handing the points out differently.
-
I hope Holland doesn't think like you, otherwise, he'll just put his feet up on the desk during the deadline and stare at the ceiling. And the Wings have a crappy OT record in the last 10 playoff years. It's hardly a coin flip, as you put it. Some teams are better than others in that situation.

No one is scared of the Florida Panthers?
