Every goalie slappy around here will be quick to point out how every goal is seemingly deflected. If it was deflected, it wasn't much of a change in direction. Howard has to stop that shot. -

Yeah, Flip is better at passing first, but he did score a few goals in his last game. Meanwhile, Franzen has one of the most accurate wristshots in the league when it comes to picking corners. -

Really good period prior to that bad goal. Colorado has done a pretty good job of deflecting shots, which is the primary reason why the Wings don't have more shots on goal. -

That sucks. I figured he'd miss a game or two.

I'll miss seeing him out there, but he did what's best for the team. It was very exciting watching that Grind Line out there kicking ass. Draper will be lonely now.

Hawks fans can blame the goalie all they want, but that's how they won the Cup last year. Because of Leighton's awful goaltending.
