Well, I know Aki Berg has been the butt end of Leafs fans jokes for years. That guy was a wonder to watch, especially when he fought. I know Kukkonen because I like the way his name sounds. I'm actually becoming quite an expert on Finnish culture ever since I started watching Kaurismaki's movies. I may come visit you sometime. You and Mindfly on my Scandinavian voyage. -
I remember there was a video here after the Finals, where each player on the team announced who their favorite player was growing up as a kid. That was a cool video and I haven't been able to find it since then.

Somewhere in French Canada, Martin Lapointe is lifting weights and grooming his beard, wondering what happened to his career ever since he left Detroit. Although, he did get paid big bucks by Boston, so maybe it wasn't a total failure for him. -

I always thought my boy Aki Berg was being groomed for Leaf captaincy, but sadly, they released him several years ago amidst rumors of subpar play. -
Thanks to Martin Erat they did get lucky. But after that, they were the best team in the playoffs. Hey, my troll is back. I missed you buddy.

That lineup looks softer than butter. Leino's surge is partly from playing with a tougher lineup in Philly, and Kopecky could never play without his b/f Hossa. -

Leino is a guy who only plays well in the playoffs, so we should have kept him. He finds the regular season to be quite boring and meaningless. It'd be us skating the Cup now and not Chicago. -

Is Zherdev coming back to the NHL next year? I heard he had a bad year in the KHL and I know he wasn't on their Olympic roster. He doesn't seem like the kind of player we need just because his work ethic has been questioned before.
