I'm not nervous either, but that's a bad thing because I want to be nervous at this time of year. It just means that I don't expect us to win the series. I just hope we can win tonight so I can watch another Wings game this year, especially since I'll miss half the game.

In this case an exception should have been made, because Howard already played so much. A playoff run was more important than playoff seeding, especially since we already had a spot basically clinched.

Osgood should have played more. We already had a playoff spot in the bag with more than a week to go, and we knew we weren't getting home ice. Instead of riding Howard to become a 5 seed (even though we didn't know who we were facing), Babcock should have looked at the big picture and seen that Howard would need some rest.

I like Johnny Walker as well, but I rarely post under its influence. How can you say we haven't been outplayed in any game this series? We got severely outplayed yesterday as soon as the 3rd period began. In all honesty, we've been outplayed every game this series. Yeah, there have been some bad calls and all, but the Sharks have flat out been the better team. They're hungrier, they're getting better goaltending (yes the goalie is actually a part of the team) and they've scored clutch goals in the 3rd that we haven't gotten. And it's funny how you say we haven't been outplayed, yet you mention that we lost due to Howard and mental mistakes. Doesn't that count as being outplayed?
