Why are we so bad at making comebacks in the 3rd period in the playoffs? Seems like the last few years, when we're down going into the 3rd, the game is over. Meanwhile, all these other teams are having heroic comebacks and winning in OT and s***. We just don't have it anymore when trailing.

That PP that Phoenix got has changed the whole game around. They didn't score, but got a million chances and have controlled the game since then. It seems like forever since we had a playoff comeback in the third period. Last year it didn't go too well for us in these situations.

Hey, if the Caps and Sharks can come back from multiple goals down, we should be able to come back from 1 down. I'm just pissed at how our offense seemed to disappear all of a sudden. The hitting and urgency wasn't there at all.

The only good thing about that period was the injury to that BASTARD. I hope his ******* arm is broken. The Wings seemed to have lost all the momentum in the second, and then that s***ty goal topped it all off. Howard can't give up that bad rebound there.

Franzen needs to start playing like Drew Miller. With his talent, that effort level would make him unstoppable.

Our 3rd and 4th lines have been amazing tonight. Total domination and effort from them. Franzen continues to look like Robert Lang out there. Turns the puck over and then fails to pick up Leipisto on the same play for the goal. He looks lazy as s*** out there. The good news is that Bryzgalov is continuing to give up bad goals. His positioning was lousy on that Flip goal.
