I'm certainly not a Howard homer, but he's been more important to us than either of the other rookies have to their teams. I think he should win it, but I think because of his age and the fact that we're the Wings, he won't get the trophy. He'll be deemed to have too much help around him, even with the injuries.

All of Janssen's fights are like that. To me, he's a more exciting version of Darren Langdon, whose fights were like watching paint dry. I just wish he'd stop making those stupid faces during his fights. It gets annoying, which is why he's on my hate list. Someone should punch that mouthpiece down his throat.

What is either a trade, free agent acquisition or draft pick which the Wings have made that you were super hyped about, but which turned out to be a bust? For me, it'd be the Derian Hatcher signing. I remember being super hyped about us signing a big physical D-man, unlike any that we'd had before. Also, at that time Hatcher was still an All-Star calibur player and long-time Dallas captain. I thought it would make us exponentially better and tougher, but we all know how that turned out with his injury and then the lockout.
