Calgary and Phoenix tied in the 3rd. Looks like another 3 point game. Damn you Wings for making us care about these other untalented teams all of a sudden.

Well, they aren't going to give Howard the next 30 starts in a row. They need to keep both goalies in rhythm somehow. If they sit Ozzie the next 3 weeks, and then play him all of sudden in one game, I guarantee you he'll suck again. They need to see what he can do over a period of games. Not once a month.

The defense gave up 10 goals in the two games that Kronwall has been back. Seems like they got complacent as Babcock suggested.

I didn't know either of them was a Pole? I'd actually give Ozzie the next start, just to get him more reps so to speak. He can't be that bad two nights in a row.

Bobby Nystrom didn't wear a helmet, so now his son knows what that feels like. It looked accidental, though. I mean he couldn't just stop fighting because of it and let Nystrom get and advantage.

This is a bit of a misleading thread. Goalies now are bigger than they used to be, and it's rare to see a goalie under 6'0 come into the NHL. The fact that most of the goalies with good numbers this season happen to be over 6'0 is because there aren't many goalies nowadays under 6'0. Seems pretty simple.

Well, Stuart just got hurt, so it'll be hard to be completety healthy. We're healthy enough to be beating teams like Phoenix, Minnesota and LA. How many big name players do they have on their roster? Not more than us, that's for sure.

Me and Doc don't hate each other. He just does these weird things from time to time where he'll start aimless arguments with other posters. All I've done in this GDT is post my thoughts on this game. They weren't all repetitive. Just many criticisims because this team has many problems right now.

There's no rules against posting what I feel as long as it doesn't offend anyone or break forum rules. Just put me on ignore if it bothers you so much. You've got your own enemies here from what I've been reading lately. The GDT is the blog about how much this team sucks. How can you not see that? You're walking around blind Doc, without a cane.
